Meeting titles are classified with a keyword denylist — childcare/family events, personal care, medical appointments, and calendar-blocker titles ("Appointment," "Private," "Dad Mode") are excluded, everything else that reads as a real meeting (interviews, standups, 1:1s, syncs) counts.
